Return Policy

At Ebru Coffee Co., we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items.

Eligibility for Returns
Coffee Bags: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened coffee bags. If you are unsatisfied with your coffee, please contact us, and we will work to make it right.
Merchandise and Equipment: To be eligible for a return, merchandise and equipment must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

- Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. (Return shipping may be original buyer's responsibility)
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at Ebrucoffeeco@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work with you to correct it.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and gift cards are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
- Perishable Goods: As noted, opened coffee bags are non-returnable. If there is a quality issue with your coffee, please contact us.

5. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item. Once your return is received and approved, we will process the exchange.

6. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
- If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
